You treat the body. But what happens when the body is ready and the mind isn’t?

Do you find your athletes

  • Physically capable of returning to sport but hindered by fear of re-injury and other mental hurdles?
  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, or loss of identity during a long recovery?
  • Stalling in rehab not because of the injury, but because of isolation, boredom, and/or motivation issues?

In this webinar, we’ll give you practical, evidence-based insights to address the psychological dimensions of injury recovery — so you can support the whole athlete, not just the physical part.

Here’s a brief look at what we’ll cover:

  • Recognize the psychological impact of injury and explain it clearly to athletes, families, and colleagues
  • Know when and how to refer to a sport psychology or mental health professional—and feel confident doing it
  • How to coordinate with sport psychology professionals to assess an athlete’s psychological readiness to return to sport
and more…
